Nestwise provides family finance education services from our base in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. Our registered address is No. 5, Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, 93100 Kuching, Sarawak.

References to "Nestwise", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to the Nestwise business and its staff. References to "you" or "your" refer to the person or household using our website or services.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to:

• Enquiries made through our website contact form or by phone or email
• Enrolment in and participation in any Nestwise educational programme or session
• Access to member resources such as planners, templates, or community platforms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

3. Our Services — What We Offer

Nestwise offers family finance education. This means we share information, frameworks, tools, and community resources to help families discuss and organise their household money matters more clearly. Our programmes include:

• Family Money-Talk Session (RM 480) — a guided session with conversation frameworks and shared planning templates.
• Family Toolkit Membership (RM 1,560) — access to planners, a shared-budget spreadsheet, and a seasonal planning community.
• Family Finance Education Programme (RM 4,200) — a structured group programme with multiple sessions and a certificate of attendance.

4. Enrolment and Payment

To enrol in a programme, you may contact us by phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. Enrolment is confirmed once payment is received and we have sent you a written confirmation.

• Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice before a new enrolment cycle begins.
• Payment methods and instalment options (where available) will be communicated at the time of enrolment.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that family circumstances can change. Our cancellation terms are:

• More than 14 days before a session or programme start: full refund, less any processing costs.
• 7–14 days before start: 50% refund, or the option to transfer to a future date at no charge.
• Less than 7 days before start: no refund, but transfer to a future session is available at our discretion.
• No-show without notice: no refund or transfer.

For membership products (Toolkit Membership), cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a partial refund for the current billing period.

6. Attendance and Participation

We want every participant to get real value from our programmes. To that end:

• You are responsible for attending sessions at the agreed times. If you miss a session, you may be able to access a recording or summary at our discretion.
• Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other families in the community.
• We reserve the right to remove a participant from a session or programme if their behaviour is disruptive or disrespectful to others, without refund.
• Certificates of attendance are issued for the Family Finance Education Programme to participants who attend the minimum required number of sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nestwise website and in our programmes — including text, images, worksheets, templates, and presentation materials — is owned by or licensed to Nestwise.

• You may use materials provided for your own personal, non-commercial household use.
• You may not reproduce, share publicly, sell, or distribute Nestwise materials without our prior written permission.
• Our name, logo, and brand elements are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

8. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through our contact form.
• Use our website in any way that could damage its operation or reputation.
• Copy or reproduce website content for commercial purposes without permission.

We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or close the website without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• Nestwise is not liable for any financial outcomes arising from actions taken based on information shared in our programmes or on this website.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or website.
• Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Nestwise for the relevant service.

These limitations do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Malaysian law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We will always try to resolve concerns informally first — please contact us before taking any formal steps.
